What should we pack for a desert night?
Our professional drivers and tour guides are multilingual and speak English, Spanish, Arabic, and French. We will pair you with a guide who speaks your preferred language to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience throughout your custom tour.
Desert temperatures shift rapidly after sunset. Bring warm wool layers for evenings, lightweight linen for sunny days, sturdy walking shoes, UV sunglasses, and a cotton headscarf for sand dunes.
Do you cater to solo travelers, families, or large groups?
We cater to everyone! We tailor our tours to fit all types of travelers. If you are traveling solo, you can join one of our small group tours. If you prefer to travel exclusively with your family or friends, we can completely customize a private experience for you. Please note that a minimum of two people is required for certain scheduled group departures.
Cancellation and refund policies for customized tours depend on the specific hotels, transport providers, and local experiences booked in the itinerary, making comprehensive travel insurance highly recommended. Detailed cancellation terms are provided directly within each custom tour proposal.

How far in advance should I book my custom tour?
We accept last-minute bookings up to 24 hours before departure. Since our tours typically start at 8:00 AM, you must complete your booking by noon (12:00 PM) the day before. Although for some, it can be done on the same day in the morning. Please note that certain excursions require more advanced booking time due to limited availability or special logistics. If you have a specific trip in mind, please reach out and ask about your chosen excursion to confirm deadlines.
Can I fully customize the itinerary, hotels, and activities?
We are happy to discuss all your doubts and we pride ourselves on being flexible! We offer great flexibility with your travel dates and our extensive portfolio of activities. However, please note that the fixed itineraries and standard hotels within our portfolio cannot be changed. We adapt to your needs by mixing and matching dates and activities around these core options.
